Thomas: Wire Antennas all made by real hams—PackTennas (seriously). Kits: K6ARK (K6ARK QRP), KM4CFT (Slightly Larger Tiny EFHW), Tufteln 20M Delta Loop
Mark: Ferrites for cables, and grounding taps/lightning arresters.  Needed 100ft of RG6, so obviously I bought a 1000ft spool of RG6, plus compression tool.

George:  Standing desk.  New, used, DIY.  Makes a great workbench !  Getting items to proper height.
Thomas: Nitecore NU25 headlamp. Yes, I use it in the shack when soldering! I’ve a few headlamps. One in every pack.
Mark: Desk made from butcher block countertops, and standing-desk legs.
Rod: Avalanche Ski poles as antenna supports (used lifelinks) and avalanche probes or tent supports as masts
